At LVL Candles & Gifts, every piece is a delicate, decorative, gift-focused item. For hygiene, safety, and to protect the quality of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

Please review your order carefully — product details, dimensions, colors, and quantities — before completing your purchase. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the actual product.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us within [3] days of delivery at [support@lvl.com.im] with your order number and clear photos. If confirmed, we will send a replacement (or a refund where a replacement isn't possible). This applies only to damage or errors on our side and is not a change-of-mind return.

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect choices, or items damaged after delivery.
